Pictures to make you smile
I started painting on leaving Art school in 1986 after majoring in ceramics. Paper was transportable and the likelihood of breakages much less. I started experimenting with dyes, inks and various pigments as I very much liked the liquid effect of watercolour even when dry.
Over the years I've painted a number of subjects and surfaces but I remain dedicated to flowers and food: bright colours and luscious foliage with images painted on paper.
